Shipping policy
We take care in preparing every Parker Quincy order so it arrives beautifully and ready to enjoy.
Processing
- Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During holidays, launches, and promotional periods, please allow a little additional time for your order to be prepared.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Domestic Shipping
- We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
- Standard transit time for most U.S. destinations is approximately 1 to 3 business days after your order has been processed.
- Please allow additional transit time for Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
- Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped using available international carriers.
- Applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Depending on the destination, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply.
- International delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipment.
